Welcome to MusicMasters! We've been serving Austin's most discerning musicians by offering quality piano lessons, pre-owned pianos, and pianos service since 1989. You'll find our pianos and/or tuning service featured regularly in concerts and recordings produced by such esteemed clients as Texas State University, Paramount Theater, Bismeaux Studio, Larry Seyer, and Gary Powell. Our pre-owned pianos are personaly selected and optimized by Brian Henselman, RPT (Registered Piano Technician). These quality used pianos include a complete action regulation, custom voicing, matching bench, normal local delivery, an aural on-site A-440 tuning, and a minimum of a one-year warranty. Private Piano Lessons are taught by both Brian Henselman, BM, RPT, and Jeannie DeArmond-Henselman, BM, JD (Doctorate of Juris Prudence). Each teacher offers traditional classical private one-on-one piano instruction. Our combined specializations include music theory, sacred music, composition, piano ensemble, chamber music, as well as solo piano performance. Our teaching facilities, located in the Covered Bridge Subdivision of Oak Hill, are unsurpassed in the Austin Area. From Circle-C Ranch to Bee Caves we are ideally located for anyone looking for a complete and well-balanced approach to piano instruction. All piano lessons are taught in an acoustically optimized studio using concert quality grand pianos, including a 7 foot Steinway Model B, and a 7',6" Yamaha C7 Conservatory Grand piano. Our facilities and equipment allow us to professionally record lessons directly to compact disk and video archive all recitals directly to DVD. Because both instructors are members of ADMTA (Austin District Music Teachers Association), SA (Student Affiliate), TMTA (Texas Music Teachers Association), and the MTNA (Music Teachers Nation Association), our students are offered numerous opportunities to excel through outside educational events including Texas State Theory Exams, Festivals, Recitals, Competitions, Conventions, and Auditions.
